Regular Classes

Our regular classes are aimed towards beginner-to-intermediate dance enthusiasts. Trained dancers often enjoy our classes because they are low-pressure and fun, however our goal is to be accessible to everyone.

Be aware that all of our classes will be somewhat challenging. They are not super difficult, but also are not aimed to be mastered first go. That way, you’ll never find them boring! Imagine the technical difficulty scale below as 10 being an intermediate-level dance class. 

 

 

 

RETRO JAMS

with Ally

CARDIO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 7.5 

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 5-6

 

Let’s get physical! RAD Retro Jams is a routine-based, dance-inspired fitness class with a watch-and-follow format. The dance moves are an homage to the classic retro vibe, and the playlist is predominantly 80’s & 90’s classics – but anything RAD can make it in there.

This class is suitable for all levels, and the difficulty is adjusted to suit the participants. It is the best place to start if you have no dance experience whatsoever but want to release your inner dancing queen!

POP FEVER

with Keely

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 7-8

 

Pop Fever is an action-packed choreography class with a feature artist spotlight. Each week you’ll learn to dance like the stars with watch-and-follow elements, iconic technical sequences, a mini-routine, a curated catalogue of hits and an awesome workout to boot.

This class is open for all levels, however for those without any dance experience this class can sometimes be challenging. It’s the best place to start if you want more detailed choreography while still getting exercise endorphins!

RETRO AF

with Ally

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 6-7

 

Retro AF (Aerobics Freestyle) is a classic old-school workout that will keep you moving and grooving, with a banging retro playlist and an iconic ‘freestyle’ format straight out of the Hot Tub Time Machine. It’s watch-and-follow, no previous experience necessary, and low impact options will be given where required. Come along and make Jane Fonda proud!

This class is open to all levels, however it can be challenging for people with no movement experience. It’s the best place to start if you love a good sweat and you really want to up your cardio!

JAZZ FEVER

Jazz Fever with Samuel is a Broadway Jazz choreography and dance tech class with a feature album spotlight. Each week you’ll learn to dance like you’re on stage, with iconic technical sequences, a mini-routine, a curated catalogue of musical numbers and a workout to boot.

This class is suitable for all levels and is the best place to start if you want to feel your jazz fantasy in a low-pressure environment!

80s DANCE

Ever wanted to learn a routine straight out of an 80s music video? Well now’s your chance! In these sessions you’ll be taught beginner-friendly, high-camp choreography inspired by music video sequences and iconic live performances that happened in the 80s. Dress-ups welcome but not compulsory! Wear clothes and shoes comfortable to move in.

This class is open for all levels, however for those without any dance experience it can sometimes be challenging. This is the best place to start if you want to live your best 80s life with less focus on fitness, and more on dancing your heart out!

SPANDEX BALLET

with Samuel

Spandex Ballet with Samuel is a light-hearted dance-technique class that will help you work on your lines, extension, posture and engagement while keeping it laid back and fun. Drawing inspiration from ballet and Pilates, this class will train your body in the most unpretentious way you can imagine. A superstar instructor and a banging playlist filled with old-school nostalgia will help you get there! These sessions are not cardio-heavy, but will give your body an overall toning – especially the lower body.

Mastering the exercises is an ongoing challenge, but they are broken down and accessible for even the most beginner dancer. It is the best place to start if you want to work on your dance technique and fundamentals.
