RAD Fonda is a half hour session held after RAD Dance on Sundays. It is a twenty minute full body toning and strengthening sequence followed by a relaxing ten minute blissful stretch of the muscles. The intensity is set to difficult, but participants are encouraged to maintain a level that is comfortable for their needs. The playlist is always RAD with a classic retro flavour to help you feel the burn!
