RAD Workout

First Class Free!


RAD Workout is a full body strength and tone session, followed by a deep stretch sequence to improve overall flexibility. The intensity can be varied depending on the goal of the participant, and you are encouraged to maintain a level that is comfortable for your needs. The playlist is always RAD with 80s, 90s and 00s bangers to help you feel the burn!

Please discuss any injuries or limitations with your instructor if you would like advice on how to adapt your exercises around these.

Our policy is try before you buy. That means, your first RAD Workout class is free! Bring a friend, or just rock up on your own. It’s no risk, just loads of free sweaty fun!
