RAD Fitness casual classes run weekly at various northside locations. These fun and easy to follow sessions can be attended casually, with an aim to work up a sweat while you smile – you won’t even realise you’re exercising!
RAD term courses are aimed at building up knowledge and skills, referencing iconic retro dance heroes.
