Regular Classes



RAD Fitness classes run weekly at various northside locations. The dance fitness sessions can be attended casually and are fun and easy to follow, aimed at working up a sweat while you smile – you won’t even realise you’re exercising!

Our 80’s jazz t&c courses are aimed at building up knowledge and skills, hence they are run in terms.

All sessions are gender inclusive and queer friendly.

Dancing is a proven way to improve memory and co-ordination, as well as providing weight bearing exercise that will improve cardio-vascular and skeletal health. It is also well known to aid mental health, and with the added frivolity of retro joy these classes are bound to put a smile on your face.
