Regular Classes

Our regular classes are aimed towards beginner-to-intermediate dance enthusiasts. Trained dancers often enjoy our classes because they are low-pressure and fun, however our goal is to be accessible to everyone.

Be aware that all of our classes will be somewhat challenging. They are not super difficult, but also are not aimed to be mastered first go. That way, you’ll never find them boring! Imagine the choreo difficulty scale below as 10 being an intermediate-level dance class. 

RETRO JAMS

CARDIO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 7.5 

CHOREO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 5-6

Let’s get physical! RAD Retro Jams is a routine-based, dance-inspired fitness class with a watch-and-follow format. The dance moves are an homage to the classic retro vibe, and the playlist is predominantly 80’s & 90’s classics – but anything RAD can make it in there.

This class is suitable for all levels, and the difficulty is adjusted to suit the participants. It is the best place to start if you have no dance experience whatsoever! 

 

POP FEVER

CARDIO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 6

CHOREO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 7-8

 

Pop Fever is an action-packed choreography class with a feature artist spotlight. Each week you’ll learn to dance like the stars with watch-and-follow elements, iconic technical sequences, a mini-routine, a curated catalogue of hits and an awesome workout to boot.

This class is open for all levels, however for those without any dance experience this class can be challenging. It’s the best place to start if you want more detailed choreography while still getting a good workout!

 

BANGERS & MASH UPS

CARDIO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 6

CHOREO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 6-7

This is a dance class with a party vibe to help you shake off the week and start your weekend right – filled with (yes, you guessed it) old-school bangers and sweet mash-ups! This class is a blend of choreo breakdown and watch-and-follow elements, with an ever-changing playlist and a focus on keeping things fun – because the weekend should never be too serious!

 

AEROBICS

CARDIO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 8.5

CHOREO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 6

Aerobics is a classic old-school workout that will keep you moving and grooving, with a banging retro playlist and an iconic format straight out of the ‘Hot Tub Time Machine’. This class is accessed weekly on Zoom, with occasional ‘pop-up’ classes in studio. It’s watch-and-follow, no previous experience necessary, and low impact options will be given where required. Come along and make Jane Fonda proud!

This class is open to all levels, however it can be challenging for beginners. It’s the best place to start if you love a good sweat and you really want to up your cardio!
