Let’s get physical! RAD Retro Jams is a routine-based, dance-inspired fitness class with a watch-and-follow format. The dance moves are an homage to the classic retro vibe, and the playlist is predominantly 80’s & 90’s classics – but anything RAD can make it in there.

This class is suitable for all levels, and the difficulty is adjusted to suit the participants. It is the best place to start if you have no dance experience whatsoever! 

 

POP FEVER

CHOREO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 7.5

 

Pop Fever is an action-packed choreography class with a feature artist spotlight. Each week you’ll learn to dance like the stars with watch-and-follow elements, iconic technical sequences, a mini-routine, a curated catalogue of hits and an awesome workout to boot.

This class is open for all levels, however for those without any dance experience this class can be challenging. It’s the best place to start if you want more detailed choreography while still getting a good workout!

 

NOUGHTY NINETIES

Noughty Nineties is a routine-based, dance inspired aerobics fitness class with tracks and dance moves inspired by the 90s and 00s in a watch-and-follow format. Think Gwen Stefani, J.Lo, Britney, the best of the boy and girl band bangers – all killers and no fillers!

This class is open to all levels, however it can be challenging for beginners. It’s the best place to start if you have some dance experience and are looking for the dance party vibe while getting your sweat on!

 

AEROBICS ‘ISO’ STYLE

CARDIO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 9

CHOREO DIFFICULTY OUT OF 10: 6

Aerobics Iso Style is a classic aerobics workout that will keep you moving and grooving, with a banging retro playlist and an iconic format straight out of the old ‘Hot Tub Time Machine’. This class is watch-and-follow, no previous experience necessary, and low impact options will be given where required. Come along and make Jane Fonda proud!

This class is open to all levels, however it can be challenging for beginners. It’s the best place to start if you love a good sweat and you really want to up your cardio!
